The decision support tool first gathers requirements for the Systems Biology model to be created by engaging the user in a dialogue. These can be general requirements for typical modelling scenarios in a particular field or they can relate to a specific model the user is working on. The system suggests ABM technique(s) to help meet these requirements so that the user can explore these further.
